Tuition & Fees 2010-2011



REGISTRATION FEE                                                                         

Single Student.....$30.00


Per Family...........$50.00

This non-refundable fee includes registration to the school, and all Studio Newsletters and mailings throughout the season.

 INSURANCE FEE

 There is a non-refundable fee of $10.00 per student, per family for liability and accident insurance. This insurance covers the student for any accident occurring while at the Studio beyond your own family's primary insurance carrier.

 PERFORMANCE FEE                                                                               
Each performing student, per family.....$30.00
   
This fee covers all rehearsals at the University of Buffalo's Center for the Arts, and the final Studio rehearsalAll students will perform in 2 shows.   This fee also provides one ticket, per student, for each show they are in.  Additional tickets may be purchased for $17.00.  The performance fee is due with the September tuition installment and is non-refundable after 12/05/10

 

COSTUME FEES

Recreational students: $45.00 costume deposit per performing class. 

Competition Teams : $65 costume deposit per performing class.

All deposits must be paid by 11/06/2010 and are non-refundable after this date as costumes will have been ordered and are non-returnable.

Child and teenage costumes will not exceed $65.00. Competition team costumes will not exceed $110.00.
All costume accessories and props are included

PRIVATE LESSONS
SOLO..... $25.00 per 1/2 hour
TRIOS..... $21.00 per student per 1/2 hour
QUARTETS, QUINTETS $19.00 per student per 1/2 hour
All private lessons are given at the discretion of the Studio based on the student's training, ability and time schedule.

REQUIREMENTS
Solo: Competition Team Members ONLY
Trios-Sextets: MUST be taking 6 classes weekly at David DeMarie, including 1 ballet at the studio.  No exceptions.

TUITION                                                                                            

Tuition is based on a course fee and not by the individual class or weeks.
All vacations and holidays have been taken into consideration.

Please note that our Studios only have 9 EQUAL MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS  for the convenience of budgeting. You will find our rates to be the most reasonable in the area. All fees listed below are based on a FAMILY RATE. Not by each individual student. The fees listed below are effective as of July 1, 2010.

Add $20.00 monthly for each additional 1 hour class per week,

  • Visa and Mastercard are accepted for Tuition Installments, Registration, Performance, and Insurance Fees only.
  • A 10% discount is offered on the Season course Fee if paid in full with cash or check by 10/02/2010
  • A 7% discount is offered on payment in full with a Visa/Mastercard by 10/02/2010 
  • There are no refunds if the Studio closes due to inclement weather.
  • Make-up lessons will be provided at the discretion of the Studio if deemed necessary.
  • Tuition installments are due by the 15th of each month.  All past due accounts are charged a $5.00 late fee.
  • There is a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks.
